The 32 year old could face up to five years in prison or a $4,000 fine if found guilty of the charges against him. He's the founder and former CEO of Mt. Gox which was once the largest Bitcoin Exchange in the world.
He denied all charges of embezzlement and data manipulation of customers Bitcoins.
