I have a withdrawal that has been pending for 16+ hours!
Coinbase the last few days has posted a warning due to the Bitcoin fork.
Coinbase's Dashboard:
Bitcoin Cash and Withdrawal Delays
Coinbase does not intend to support Bitcoin Cash (BCC). If you wish to withdraw bitcoin (BTC) before the hard fork, we recommend you initiate your withdrawal by 10 am PT on Monday July 31st due to potential network congestion.
At this point, Coinbase's recommendation seems to be way off. If you wait until the last minute and try and withdraw by tomorrow morning, if the delays stay the same, you will not receive your coin in time.
I would recommend withdrawing today. As we get closer to the deadline these delays are only going to get longer.
Going through the same issue.... just shows why bitcoin sucks.... its so slow.... litecoin sent fast and had no issues.
Yeah I'm almost @ the 20 hour mark and......... still pending.
Somewhere on the site it said after 24 hours they would put it back in wallet but like come on.... i have alt coins to buy and this is messing up my plans on getting rich....
Just received!!!
23.15 hours is what it took to get my .3 btc from coinbase.
Not only in coinbase even micro wallet and btc faucet gone halt.
I feel you all. My 0.2 BTC transfer out if Coinbase has been pending for over 48 hrs, and it has 157 confirmations! I wrote to Coinbase support last night, but no word back yet. Praying it completes before midnight! Does anyone know what will happen to our BTC if it is still pending when the hard fork splits?
Might have to juice up the transaction fees. >.<
Its not that, its that Coinbase doesn't keep enough bitcoin in the hot wallets to cover the mass-withdrawls we're seeing right now. They're having to send people into the vaults to get the cold wallets, which I doubt anyone wants to do on a weekend (that's if the places they hold their cold wallets are even open on the weekends).
