This one is a good place to start safe://website.tutorial/ as it will show you an easy way to create your own website on the network. Just ask on the forum if you get stuck. This is a genuinely great project in my humble opinion and a long way from the smoke and mirrors of many other ICOs. SIA seems good too but I haven't looked at it for a while.
