The problem with the immediate assumption that Jamie Dimon is spreading FUD in order to buy at a lower price, is that, as zerohedge mentions, there's a reasonable (probable; IMO) chance that these buys are for clients. Obviously you can draw your own conclusions, but a reasonable article has to mention this, so the reader knows the whole story.
