Yeah, for sure. I was pretty excited waking up in the morning and seeing those prices. I definitely should have slowed down and taken a breath. I've been around a bit though, so this isn't the first time I've tried to do things quickly by a long shot. I probably got a little cocky, a little over-confident. Every transaction should be slow, deliberate, and thought out, no matter how many times we've done it.
