TAP: Crypto, without the hassle?

It's a funny thing this modern cryptocurrency world we live in, it's so much still in its infancy and developing into a real financial environment that hopefully someday we will be able to put away our FIAT and rely on what will hopefully a stable multi-trillion dollar cryptocurrency ecosystem made up of diverse and unique cryptocurrencies and smart chain token platforms. The issue is however as I said, the market as far as it has come is still in its infancy. We have not just development teams trying to find the right way to do things, and companies trying to find the right way to implement crypto, and fortune 500s trying to discover the best way to accept crypto as a payment method. It's no wonder that the general users are having such a difficult time getting into this "new-fangled internet thing" as my older friends would call it.

The issue at the personal level isn't just the complexity of all the various projects and what's real vs what's a scam, even if we focus in on only the big leading stable coins like bitcoin and ethereum it's not so easy to get and then use or get rid of. The idea behind crypto that everyone's money is theirs, and they should be able to have access to it and no one else is, the concept is an amazing idea, but in reality so much more difficult. People don't want to think of security, people don't want to think of exchanges, or buy and sell rates. It's a fact that if cryptocurrency wants to compete with things like the USD or JPY or EUR then it has to streamline it has to become much easier and catch up to things like Apple Pay to be truly considered possible as a replacement in the general world population.

That's where a project like TapNGo starts to raise my eyebrows :) By integrating with a number of the biggest and smallest exchanges to access a huge amount of volume and availability, as well as all of the available spot prices on crypto coins, the project plans to be able to present a user with a nearly idiot-proof reality where people can quickly say "I want bitcoin" and suddenly have the best deal for bitcoin possible. Imagine being able to buy and sell and being sure you're getting the best possible cash for your crypto or crypto for your cash without having to deal with exchange signups and checking market rates, and dealing with limit vs stop orders, just the best price, done.

The concept goes further by taking even more of the hassle away from users, if it isn't the tech side of cryptocurrency that was the biggest hurdle, with people scared of new tech and software let alone currency, the next biggest challenge is KYC. For anyone that has dealt with multiple exchanges, you'll know that the KYC requirements vary greatly, from basically nothing to well over the terms of what most would consider ridiculous. Well the TapNGo app also has KYC, but this time, you do KYC for the app and that's it, you don't have to deal with a dozen different exchange KYC's through strategic partnerships and agreements that make it so that a valid KYC validated user on TapNGo is a valid KYC user to make transactions on the partner exchanges. The best prices without the hassle seem to be the teams, main tenant.

The team is also looking to revive something that's been long planned, made appearances and disappeared, and is now starting to return, and that's the teams TAP Card, while I'm most excited about the multi-exchange buy/sell feature the opportunity to be able to spend my crypto as FIAT at interbank rates, is a pretty groundbreaking feature. I'd imagine we would see in the future a card like this possible to be added to things like apple pay or other tap to pay style services, while that hasn't been announced I can't see a reason why it wouldn't be possible once the TAP card is out, truly bringing crypto via TapNGo much closer to parity with usage of FIAT, something that should have both large scale and small scale investors smiling, and definitely peaking the interest of those new to crypto who have been reluctant to deal with all the hoops they have had to jump through to get into the crypto-sphere.

This is what crypto needs more of, we've got hundreds of projects working on TPS, and Smart contracts, but not enough projects like TapNGo that are looking at the biggest problem of all, making adoption of cryptocurrency easier and more accessible.
