RE: Narrative (NRV) - This Steemit-killer based on NEO looks amazing! 🤯

2 Steemit competitor posts within one week!

Great well-written and detailed post!

I'll have to read their whitepaper and re-read your post to fully digest everything.

I think Steemit is a little vulnerable in the area of new user retention.

Regardless what matters is where content creators feel they can reach the most users and get fairly compensated by the platform by whatever metrics a person values. You can have the best social media model and interface but if another site is more popular and you can't pull users away then it won't matter. Can multiple blockchain social media sites exist at the same time? Sure, but there is always one that everyone talks about.

In the short term, Steemit is still the best social media site built on blockchain, but thanks to your flagging Narrative, i'll watch how the sector changes.

Thanks! Upvoted and resteemed.

Yes, I know, right! Lots of Steemit FUD coming from my finger these days, lol!
I couldn't help it.. I wrote that EOS-Steemit post but then I researched Narrative and knew i had to post about that. Also in part because there is almost no info to be found, or reviews, or youtube videos covering Narrative.

And I agree for the time being, the next year or so, Steemit should still be safe. But in 2019 I believe a lot of competition is going to arrive and the race will be on. For people like us we do not really have to choose.. we can just post our content on both platforms and see where it takes us, fortunately. Best of both worlds?

Well...maybe best of three worlds (Steemit, Narrative, EOS platform) :)

..and maybe some others as well!

Hell, I see people like @jerrybanfield posting on both Youtube as well as Steemit and Facebook, and whatnot.. and I am kind of jealous!
Being a non-social media personality I had to fight for each and every follower on Steemit, but if you have a few from other platforms to join you on others that really helps a great deal!

Who has time for that ha. @jerrybanfield quit his full time job to focus on steemit and his social media presence. it literally is a full time job! I can barely post what I want. I know your posts take a long time.

I know, I can't imagine how much time is spent, because one post with editing can take me several hours. If it's a video it's even more! But I'm slow haha

I feel ya @pandorasbox. I have to fight, too! Well...I have some social media following on instagram but they are NOT into crypto at all...haha I asked. I actually had several replies of "what's that?"
