- The Secondary market: It consists of touts who buy tickets from primary markets and resale tickets at much inflated prices

• Tickets are purchased from primary market and resold at secondary market are much inflated prices
• As a result primary market has a very less control over ticketing
• Attendees has to pay a lot of price and face inconvenience
• This type of mal practice is communing in major events
• These are at the Expenses of fans and event organizers
• Touts uses bots to purchase bulk of tickets and then they inflate the prices
• Ultimately it’s the fans who suffer the most
• The tickets are also sold as counterfeit on various other platform
• Even technology such as machine learning is not able to stop these problems

• Legislation is also not fully able to stop it.
