My 2018 Cryptocurrency Portfolio: 01/11/2018

Though not much has changed in terms of my allocation, there is much going on in the markets today.

Running in the tailwind of the news that South Korea is attempting to ban all cryptocurrency trading, the market has been struggling heavily. We’re seeing that correction I was predicting would happen in mid-to-late January; however, it is holding strong around $650B, currently.

Additionally, the ban on trading is not what it seems on its face; they are planning on banning all exchanges based in South Korea, not the individual act of purchasing. This means that exchanges like Binance in China and GDAX in the United States will likely see large increases in user activity in the near future.

Times like these, it is easy to get emotional and want to pull back, or pull out, all of your investments. We as a community must fight these urges.

Keep calm, and HODL strong!

Nice summary my man!

Is your 0.15% others just left over from trading? I'm curious why you would hodl small amounts.

Those are pieces of my portfolio that I do not actively invest in, and would not make sense to move them around due to high fees. It also includes Polymath, which will soon be about 5% of my portfolio once it hits the exchanges.
