Ill be doing an article on it soon. It uses the ethereum block chain. Users basically sell there extra data to ither people in the area that need it using dent coin. So instead of getting charge roaming with charges outside your country or even within the country.
You buy data from people on the local network. And its like you bought it from the local network. If u have spare data. U can sell it for dent and then to fiat.
That sounds kind of neat, but I'm not sure if the cell networks will try to scree with it.
