This Bill is an Act. The word Act gives it away. It has nothing to do with law, its legal and you have to give consent. If you look closley at this Act you will not see one mention of a human being. But you will see words like person and individual and lots of other legalese deceptions. Its not We the persons, its We the people. No one has the right to tell anyone what to do with their hard earned money. I did not make this shit up, its in their law books.
