Yea I am also currently trying to get to the bottom of this. Great concept, but not much info other than a snazzy website. Theres another article on steemit that claims its owned by Visa, if that is the case, then I believe the hoopla. If not, then I am skeptical. Seems to be a lose-lose in either situation because you're either supporting some potential scammers, or you are definitely supporting the scammers VISA.
