NOIZ, a decentralized cognitive Ad network aims to solve the issues of the advertising world to protect the consumers, the advertisers, and the publishers. Yes, advertisers and publishers are among the players that are also affected negatively by the circulating new way of advertisement online. Interruptive ads are just one of the issues that NOIZ are trying to solve, this is just one thing but these already drive some consumers to block all ads, this example also shows that it will also affect genuine advertisers and publishers.
Let's touch on some of the few problems in the advertisement before discussing how NOIZ is planning to solve these. Starting with consumers, consumer data are starting to lose their privacy, some will find these as simple as realizing that after visiting a certain website, you started seeing the ads of that website when you're visiting a totally different website. This sounds like something not worth fussing about but imagine what other information they can get from you. Aside from that very relevant ad that they show consumers because of their data, there are also the irrelevant data which some finds tolerable if it's a decent ad but find interruptive if it's too distracting.
Advertisers, on the other hand, are affected if some platforms banned their advertisement due to other advertisements that it's trying to moderate that might be related or deemed connected to the advertisers' ad. As for the publishers, they're directly competing with this new style of ads. Every impression counts in the publisher's genuine content but compared to the fake contents, the impression to those might be higher but even if it's fake they're still a competitor that they must win against. Publishers are also limited to what they can share to advertisers, publishers protect the consumers on their own way and they try to provide only the user data to advertisers that are not intrusive to consumer's privacy.
As you can see from the sample problems stated above, consumers, genuine advertisers, and legit publishers are affected by these problems and so NOIZ created the Proof of Engagement concept. NOIZ combined blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence to create this. Alongside the Proof of Engagement is the NOIZ digital ad exchange platform that is a consensus-based ecosystem that will create a better advertising ecosystem.
The NOIZ Ad Exchange Platform lets consumers, advertisers, and publishers communicate securely while it overviews safe and seamless engagement, making sure every party is protected and is engaging with good intention. To explain the platform simply and briefly let's start with the advertisers. The advertisers pay fees so they can advertise. They will receive NOIZ tokens and these tokens will be the payments the advertisers may spend for the creation of their ads, on the cognitive bot NIKOLA, consumer engagement, and ad placement. Publishers then also receive NOIZ tokens for the ad placement they will let advertisers use and they then spend these tokens to pay consumers for the exchange of data. Both advertisers and publishers can offer consumers NOIZ tokens for actively engaging on their ad or survey. Consumers, as the party in between, can choose to engage or not engage or share or not to share their information. Consumers also have the voice to vote which advertisers, publishers, or advertisements can be trusted or the opposite.
The NOIZ Ad Exchange Platform is not just a platform that acts as a playground for the players, they oversee the whole engagement and makes sure everything goes well securely and the platform is not as simple as it was stated above but it is the gist of the platform.
