Hi @marcdekoning, also Dutch?
Great article. I'm new to cryptocurrencies and this helps to understand it better, so thanks for sharing. A few questions:
- They haven't put money in marketing yet, which is in our advantage. -> why?
- How do you predict a valuation of $80.000.000,- by early 2019?
Looking forward to more of your articles!
Thanks,
Ev
Hey, I am dutch indeed!
Thank you for the compliment about my article, I still have to learn how to use marking and such in steemit and how to change the image etc, I am brand spanking new to the platform!
The reason why it is great that they haven't marketed it yet is because we get to buy in at the bottom!
The valuation is based on many different factors:
-Growth of the overall crypto marketcap
-Product
-Valuation of Etoro (Worth over a few $100M)
-Comparing it to other cryptocurrencies which have far worse products
-Hype
I think it is a very moderate estimation actually.
Cryptocurrency trading is becoming increasingly popular, especially as more and more people are finding out about blockchain technology and the money you can earn by being an investor+trader.
Steemit (STEEM) for example is valued at $284M while it is still brand new and continues to devalue their crypto to keep a realistic price.
Steemit, in my opinion, is pretty similar in terms of what options the token offers you.
Doge, which has absolutely no value what so ever is valued at $200M.
Hype is a very strong thing in this industry and some valuations of businesses are insane.
Tech always gets overvalued, Silicon Valley is a great example of such a thing.
