You're using the wrong word, because this is a derivative work.
There are online tools to check if your work violates copyrigths that I use regularly because using steem you are storing data on a blockchain, these data can no longer be deleted and therefore you have to be very careful ❗️
Also I'm going to expand this post over time to make it more complete thanks to user comments, so it will vary a lot over time because I will add other ICOs that could be interesting in the future, varying further and detaching from being a derivative work.
