Every day I see more and more people making their way over to Cryptocurrencies. The problem is that the people that are making the moves are not my friends and family. It is frustrating to see so many people opening theirs eyes to the possibilities of a free market Cryptocurrency solution but the ones close to me are still in the dark.

Darth Kitty wants you to invest your hard earned money into Cryptocurrencies like RIPPLE which is a bankster shit coin. If you believe in free markets and the freedom which Cryptocurrencies give us be very wary of nefarious projects like Ripple. The Empire has lots of fiat currency to manipulate you into thinking Ripple is a good bet.
The Rebel Alliance Uses Cryptocurrencies Like Bitcoin, Steem, Monero and Dash.
There is a war of principle going on. Bitcoin was born out of the need for a free market currency solution. Please do not let the Banksters co-opt this movement! When you buy these Cryptocurrencies you are voting for the type of future you would like to see. If you want the same old shennanigans invest your money in banker shitcoins. If you want a world where we have control over our money, choose the free market solution.

Seems to me there's a lot of frenzy in the markets at the moment being driven not by wisdom, but by FOMO and some people are going to lose their shirts to stupid mistakes. I honestly don't know enough about cryptos to understand the principles behind the 700 lookalike shitcoins out there, 90% of which look to me like one more iteration of "reinventing the wheel," (Yeah, but OURS has 48 grooves per revolution, not 42!) with no real purpose for actually existing.
Point being, this seems not all that different from a time where everyone was saying "invest in dot-coms" without having a CLUE what any of those startups were actually DOING. And a bunch of people lost their lives when the bubble burst and only the "real" companies were left with something...
Yes, it looks eerily similar to me as well but the difference is the amount of money. We have not even seen institutional investors join yet.
I just got all my friends, my girlfriend and even my father into Steemit! Bitcoin has been more difficult to convince them of, but all the same, the move is happening!

Been there, done that and completed it. Crypto currency is the future and I hold my keys. Nobody has control over my currency.
The future is here for sure, and people need to wake quick or be priced out of the market. Then they can use and hold a worthless fed coin that controls you.
Ok, but one question, is there a way of knowing which cryptocurrencies are legit, you give 4 there, obviously there have to be more. Is there a site where we could look this up, or are there some signs that let us know what is ok?
Research the teams and especially the developers. @Dan is known to be a Libertarian so I feel great to follow his projects.

I would rather buy physical gold and silver, i really think the crypto craze will fizzle out, but thats just my thoughts.
My gold and silver is stuck in the USSA. In order to get it I have to fly back, pick it up, deal with customs and then deal with customs in Panama. I am thinking of selling it all. Sending the BTC here and buying some junk silver in Panama. Moving PM's is a pain in the ass.
