Right now all alts are still very undervalued so buying in right now would be a smart idea, if you don't buy now you will regret it. These coins will surpass the value they had in June meaning buying a coin like eth at 195$ right now could sell for 450$ by the end of august. I'd wait until 24 hours from now to buy Alts. They going down today as people convert to BTC for the free BCC in my opinion.
Honestly, it really wouldn't make too much of a difference, so far today I haven't seen any coins dip below 5%. But nonetheless they will be going to the moon!
