I have been following the fork of Zclassic and Bitcoin to form Bitcoin Private.
Here are some of my observations while reading tweets over the past month about this hard fork.
At first people are excited as they hear they can get FREE COINS!
They venture out from their home at Coinbase and explore some exchanges.
They happily buy coins before the hard fork and the price starts to take off.
As the price continues to rise, they dream of cashing in after the fork and buying that Lambo.
When the price drops, they start to get a little uneasy but are ok after it goes up again.
Then the price really drops.
Reality kicks in, they are not sure what to do with their coins.
All hell breaks loose when their favorite cryptocurrency exchange won’t support the fork.
More fear sets in and they panic because they don’t know what a private key is.
They scour Twitter for instructions on how to set up a wallet.
They start to Tweet that everything is a scam.

They start cursing out exchanges.
They can’t seem to figure out anything.
More panic sets in as it’s taking hours to move coins off of the exchange into a private wallet.
Then they start tweeting more and cursing at exchanges again for not supporting the fork.
