Moya Tokens (MTK) is an ERC20 token based on Ethereal blockchain. They will serve as a fundraiser that allows Moya Networks to fund the purchase of ACE submarine cable capacity, terrestrial fiber capacity and fund Moya operations.
Moya will also give the holder the right to receive 20% Moya profit each year. The token (100%) sold at the end of ICO has the right to receive 20% of the company's profits annually.
Moya seeks to raise 6,000 BTC, to purchase capacity rights in Africa Coast to Europe Submarine Cable System (ACE). Moya will sell MTK tokens (MTK) for 4 weeks to the Cryptocurrency community.
The MTK Token will be issued on the Ethereal platform. Cryptocurrency Bitcoin and Ethereum will be accepted to buy MTK. Investors who buy Tokens during token sales will be eligible for bonuses.

Fund Disbursement
The funds will be used to purchase rights in Africa Coast to Europe Submarine Cable System (ACE) under the existing ACE-Moya contracts at the closing of ICO; to purchase capacity at West Africa Cable System (WACS); and for equipment requirements from qualified vendors; to install equipment on the Moya backhaul network; and for the Company's operations. The funds will also be used to pay personnel at the business startup stage.
Two signatures will be selected to the recipient's wallet (One from Moya and one Independent Escrow Agent). Disbursement requires two signatures.
80% of sold tokens will be immediately released to crowdsale participants at the end of crowdsale.
20% of tokens on sale will be released soon for capacity purchases. Annual access to corporate finance of investors on demand.
