Now it’s time to create the token. She pays a small fee and creates a token for her game. She creates 20,000 tokens in total, which all have a price of $1. All of these tokens combined represent 100% of the game’s future revenue.

Julia decides to leave 3,000 tokens for herself and 3,000 tokens to pay future team members, 10% of the tokens or 2,000 tokens goes to GetGame.io and its community to keep this platform running and free for everybody, and the other 12,000 tokens are put up for sale.

Her unique vision attracts a lot of people who see incredible potential in this game and she sells her 12,000 tokens almost instantly and receives $12,000 for her venture.

Now, to get things done Julia starts looking for team members in the GetGame.io community and without much effort finds and experienced developer, an amazing designer and a creative copy-writer. They all see potential in the game and accept tokens as payment. Julia gives each one of them 1000 of her tokens.

Julia and her team members go onto the shared workspace and they create a plan. Julia assigns tasks and deadlines, she organizes the whole effort and she can easily communicate with each of the members wherever she is. After everything is planned out, they start working. The game is being developed and designed, there’s a constant stream of content about the game and the development process, and through the platform Julia has also created ads that are targeted with pinpoint accuracy to reach the right people.

After some time, the game is finally finished and it’s time to launch. Thanks to smart execution Julia has already gathered a group of hard-core fans and when she launches the game, it is an instant hit. Her game becomes one of the best-selling games and it shows no signs of stopping.

Within the first month the game brings in $40,000 in revenue. All of this revenue is shared with the token holders in proportion to the tokens they hold. This means that all of Julia’s team members get paid $2000 in the first month, Julia earns $6,000, GetGame.io is given $4,000 from which 40% is shared with the community and the other 60% is used to pay the bills, the rest of the revenue is shared amongst the people who bought the tokens.

Although Julia understands that all of this success was not a coincidence but the combination of a great vision, a flawless execution and the right platform, she is still humbled by all of it. Only a few months ago she had accepted the fact that she would never realize her dream, but with the right tools and the right platform she was able to do it in just a few months.

And so can you!
