I think Cryptocurrency grows, but only for a while (maybe 10 years). Everthing which grows so rapidly is falling down, in the future. Also the inflation is an interesting point and the consequences for the cryptocurrincies.

I understand investing 101 states buy low and sell high but with crypto whether it be a bull or bear market determining the peak and the valley's are based on nothing but guessing, so instead of buying all in on the Dip i think the vest stratergy is to buy at several intervals and dollar cost average your way out instead of taking the gamble 🤔
Lost everything bc of Margin Trade before the Dip :( Guys, NEVER Margin Trade.. Or at least with at most 10% of your portfolio. Not 50%. If you trade more, you have to add more to your position or you'll loose. And if you do add more and it the price goes even down more, you lost that game.
Damn. That really sucks, sorry to hear that. I remember during the push up to 90 eth margin traders at one exchange got blown the hell up because they were locked out of trading the entire move down to 50. Really shitty to see. Crazy how many margin traders there were in Korea and are in Japan, wonder what the stats look like for how many got margin called. I don't remember the account name but there's a twitter account that tracks accounts getting blown up at just one exchange, and that timeline was something else to behold.
I like the fact in Cryptocurrency you are able to buy partial coins. This is unlike the Stockmarket where you cannot buy a partial share. I can own some Bitcoin, but I cannot see paying to buy google since one share is so high.

BitCoin has with a huge distance the most market cap. That's the point! On all that days with struggling crypto currencies the BitCoin has been the one with the least damage of value... and there we go: Least risk. You only have to decide if it's worth investing in... And I mean only 10% return would be GREAT in the all over economic position...
Ok as a new crptocurrency investor (read tiny fractional investor) I see this is a good time to invest after all markets crashed. I just put in a nominal amount again (all I could afford). Bitcoin has lost it's majority dominance of the market cap - no doubt as a result of all the emerging cryptocurrencies. It seems $300 billion got taken out of the market and probably into fiat currency for the Chinese new year spending spree. I checked with a friend within the last two months or so that the market cap had moved above $300 billion and then to $800 billion so there's still a huge gain in the market cap for all cryptocurrencies. Interesting time indeed. Bentech8

I think this is definitely a good time to get in. Actually, I was hoping bitcoin could have into the $7000 mark. This would have really flushed out the scared money.
But of course, as of this message we're heading back up over $13,000.
The bitcoin will go down to 100-200$, trust me ; )
Just buy when it drops.
