This is one of the first publicized posts about 'on chain' swaps, and not actually swapping coins on a test net. This is big news. At last check, VTC broke over .0003 sats and is sitting about $1.15USD.
What the heck are atomic swaps? Well they allow for different coins to be exchanged between users without using an exchange. If Bob has 1 LTC and wants to trade Lisa it for 55 VTC, atomic swaps make it possible.
I've posted before about loading up on VTC, and I'm starting to be very glad that I did!
