What's the Best Cryptocurrency Exchange right now? Binance, Bittrex, Kraken, and Cryptopia

I've been a longtime user of Bittrex which has been my favorite crypto exchange, Binance is a newer exchange with lower fees, and Kraken . . well their site hardly works.
