First this is a free service, so poor customer service just comes with the territory. Second, if you had read the disclaimer on the app, it would have told you the reason that certain funds can't be withdrawn immediately is because of federal regulations, meant to prevent money laundering. If having instant access to earning is important for you, you might want to consider a brokerage site that offers credit/debit card services.
Good lesson here Folks... Don't put money in you "need" quickly or even can't afford to lose
I love Robinhood for stocks! They have totally free stock trading! (They also have a higher tier that you can pay for - but I don't!)
