Regular daily update on BTC ta analysts opinions.
Own comment:
- It seems all is about the iSHS pattern which everybody looks for confirmation. Pretty much all analysts see mixed signals and see bullish and bearish scenarios. Several good signs but it seems we are not out of the woods yet.
Analysts key statements:
- Tone: On the weekly we still have to go over the 9090.80 of the last week candle to confirm it is a reversal candle. We haven't done that so far. Daily is on a green 6 - a 9 is likely. He wants to see this around the 10'000. He looked at the iSHS pattern - he finds it possible but not so clean. It would bring a 3'000 potential upside if realized. On the 4h he see a 1-4 correction. But in general picture looks bullish as we see higher highs and higher lows so far sind the possible bottom.
- @haejin: It is most important that we see higher highs and the neckline needs to be breached. If we are not in an impulse but in a three wave abc than we might correct to 7'200 but than going up again. So two options: breaking neckline or dropping down out of the wedge and correcting. Morning update: BTC went into ABC correction. Target is 8'200. On a larger picture iSHS is still in progress.
- @ew-and-patterns: no update today
Bitcoin is forming a bullish iSHS (inverse shoulder head shoulder) pattern. If neckline is breached (around 9'000) target is 12'600. If that scenario happens (with possible retest of neckline) he turns from neutral to bullish (not yet).
- @lordoftruth: BTC faces massive resistance at 8'960 - if it breaches this resistance we go towards 10'700. If we breach 7'600 we go to 6'700. Expected trading for today 7'600 - 9'300. General bullish outlook for today.
- @philakonecrypto: The bounce against the neckline of the iSHS was expected. Will the support 8'600ish hold and bring us back up to the neckline? In his bullish scenario he is aiming for 9'400 - correcting and go up to 10'600+ .
Bearish outlook is we go down to 8'500.
He is neutral at the moment - to much mixed signals to have a clear position at the moment.
Overall sentiment: mixed
(last: mixed)

Definition
- light blue highlighted = all content that changed since last update.
- sentiment = how in general the analysts see the current situation (bearish = lower prices more likely / bullish = higher prices more likely)
- target 1 = the next price target an analysts mentions
- bottom = price target analyst mentions as bottom
Both target are probably short term (so next few days/weeks) - lower/upper barrier = Most significant barriers mentioned by the analysts. If those are breached a significant move to the upside or downside is expected. It does not mean necessary that the sentiment will change due to that (e.g. if upper resistance is breached it does not mean that we automatically turn bullish).

Do they accept crypto in Madeira anywhere? I'm thinking about going out there in May.
Much thanks for the efforts put in and sharing with us, i was watching philakone and he shows great respect for your work too. Keep it up...
Great analysis of bitcoin and cryptocurrency..many of predictions said that bitcoin will hit 1million dollar upto 2022 but its seems like it will be coming soon...we can hope that..you post is really informative so I just started to follow you.
Great summary! I wish you could also include 40-year trading veteran Peter Brandt in the list. I just heard that he's also providing cryptocurrency market insights on his Twitter account. Not sure though, if he releases BTC analysis regularly. Thanks for this.
Thanks for info.
thanks for the summary!
Philakone nailed the short term again lol
Challenging times for these TA analyses. I guess that usually is the case when the amplitude remains relatively small for some days :-)
Always interesting to read these post though @famunger!
Great work and nice take on the info that's made available by these krypto kings!
Thank you! Comparing those analysts is very helpfull :)
As long as we can hold 9.250, then next upside target on BTC is roughly 11,500, which is the last clear prior top.
Continuing to hold price above the 200 MA and the longer term trendline is items to watch on the downside.
