Well regarding Lisk - I would say I'm optimistic about the project. I bought some not too long ago but let it go only because some other coins were having more volatility. I personally see Lisk as a Ethereum little brother (or sister) and am still on the fence about a javascript platform. I'm not tech savvy enough to know the vulnerabilities with javascript but have heard from more tech oriented people that there are gaps in the security. Overall though my opinion isn't negative on Lisk - I would definitely not suggest to sell it if someone asked but I feel Ethereum leads the way in the DAPP market as so if they succeed - others will too but if they fail - it will make it a tough road of others to overcome.
Regarding IOC - I simply don't follow the project closely enough to have a formulated opinion on it. Since you mentioned it I am definitely going to do some research and would be happy to follow-up once I read up more on the project ;)

By the way, what's the guy's name who does the intro to this video? Totally bugging me that I can't remember. For a brief moment he moved over from Blackcoin team to Vericoin in mid 2014 if I remember correctly and a lot of people seemed to have bad vibes on this dude. Not to say that has anything to do with IOC but like I said, it's bugging me I can't remember his name.
