You seem to be focused on the European Union, while I'm sure that being on the internet, it will benefit Africans also, I don't think it will be as beneficial to us as it is expected to be to Europeans.
You have great plans, but those plans don't seem to include Africa. Why should Africans bank on the coins?
It includes all regions. It just that the rules in EEA are different so they are more focused there first to take things forward in a legal manner. Once you are on the internet, you are global.
There's no way you can limit NIHL to EEA. Everyone, everywhere can use it.
