PIVXpress Roadmap 2018

The current 2018 roadmap for PIVX has been released, and we're covering 15 (of 36) planned upgrades, implementations, and more for PIVX in 2018.

I've been a PIVX supporter since it was $0.75, I'm so excited to see where PIVX is going in 2018!
