At the moment you just need to have BEER 10 token and than you can airdrop aka fairdrop as many as you want - but you don't loose any from your 10 BEER.
This might change in a while, as I see people just dropping and than selling it for way to low at the marked. Anyway - this BEER token is for the fun.

Means the same process like it is with SteemPower - you Stake to hold and you unstake in a short time period to make the token liquid again.
