for trading crypto, as far as I know, there is no limit. for depositing/withdrawing fiat, for receiving ico tokens, etc... there are so restrictions for certain areas.

No Steem yet and I guess not any time soon since Steem is not really a hot trading coin out there. Maybe I will recommend to them in due course.
