it has huge team and they support it and it has huge community i think it can be top of ethreum in 2019
it depends how chinas goverment will regard it if it wont ban it like other ICOs it could become huge otherwise it will probably grow as fast or as slow as other crypto
Its price will definitely increase, it is very important for a project that it is needed, so NEO as a platform complies this point !

this is a 3rd generation cryptoc. so people will understand that Cardano $ NEO are Safe in time of Quantum computer
Depends on the whole market, i. e. - Bitcoin. IMHO, NEO is quite stable and very closed related to BTC. I consider them at least at $200 by the end of the year.
