Ran across this very helpful article on how to buy $NEO (Antshares). One thing I found out is you can't buy them with normal currency ($USD for example) but need to buy them using other cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin. Also using an exchange such as Bittrex to buy / sell the shares is needed as well.
