I had this coin for some time in my head I need to open an account on Kucoin to get some of it. It's like the Lightning Network for BTC or Raiden Network for ETH for sure I need to get me some and they are still cheap :)

I have just open an account at kucoin now i will transfer a bit of BTC there and get me some of that TNC ;)
