I'm more into staking the coins than lending. For me its an ICO that i can stake and sell the coins to flip. Not very interested in lending.

Just watch out for ponzi signs:

high returns
higher % reward for staking/lending more
generous referral program
lots of advertisment and promotion
accepting direct payments in ethereum/bitcoin for their tokens
