​Our company believes in providing professional investors with Forex and Crypto-currency solutions by implementing algorithmic computer learning and deep mathematical principles, combined with expertise in human and market psychology in order to bolster their investment portfolio and deliver market-beating returns.
At the height of the foreign-exchange market’s volatility post 2008, three successful forex
traders formed a private partnership, DPP (Dawson Pomery Pogacic), to pool their assets and
take advantage of economies of scale. Working together, they developed new and innovative
techniques to force profit from the movement in the market rather than trying to predict
directions. These techniques proved consistently successful and other investors started to
notice, although at this time the private partnership structure did not allow for DPP to take on
outside investors. Out of the ever-growing demand for a fund to be established,
Countinghouse Fund was born.
While we have repeatedly delivered our investors market-beating returns, the increasing rise
in volatility in crypto-currency as well as the inverse with fiat-exchange has not escaped our
notice. We decided to conduct an experiment by modifying one of our successful algorithms
to be used with crypto-currencies. We set aside a small fund of $50,000 and put the algorithm
to work for 12 months. The results, after careful observation and constant code adjustments,
prompted us to scale up the fund in order to capitalise on this exceedingly profitable market.
This was reinforced when we started trailing our double-sided arbitrage techniques on the
crypto-currency markets, with profit once again dwarfing anything in the fiat market.

Investment Strategy
The main focus of our portfolio lies in crypto-currency algorithmic trading, which captures
profit through market volatility, and as such we will allocate 60% of our fund to this strategy.
30% of our fund will be used in our double-sided arbitrage method adapted for cryptocurrency,
and the final 10% of the fund will be used for crypto-debentures (loans) and ICO
investments to provide a diversified and secure foundation for fund growth. Fund allocation to
these strategies may change to increase profitability over time.

Crypto-Currency algorithmic trading: 60%

Why Countinghouse Fund?

Value- Our ICO represents excellent value and is a good vehicle for increasing social
mobility, as traditionally a fund such as ours would require an initial investment of greater than
$300,000. Due to the decentralised and peer-to-peer nature of the ICO market, investors can
invest as much or as little as they wish. For an example, an investor may only have $1000
total in liquid capital to invest, which would usually exclude them from any managed fund or
venture capital. However, due to the progressive nature of the ICO market, this investor can

Countinghouse continues to investigate the Crypto-market as the success of their experiment is beginning to become apparent.

The results from the experiment are amazing, Countinghouse begin planning the new fund and ICO, along with developing our multi-sided arbitrage technique for crypto-exchanges.

Jan to Feb 2018​

Countinghouse offers a private sale to existing investors to join the new fund. Countinghouse raises just over $4,300,000.00 toward the new fund.

Expected launch of Countinghouse Fund ICO.

ICO ends, funds are transferred into multiple wallets and accounts to be traded. Trading starts straight away once funds moved

Multiple pairs to be traded and stage one of arbitrage begins (this is a simpler stage while the opportunities are there)

Fund continues trading and as simple arbitrage opportunities evaporate we engage stage two arbitrage (more complex and less detectable arbitrage)
