I guess what it boils down to is that the rich, like Mr. Gates, have the money to seemingly burn. If they make a mistake in investing, then to them it's probably not going to hurt the bottom line for them at the end of the day. However...the everyday folk, like you and me and most of the world, we cannot afford to make mistakes like that. We have to be cautious as most of us might now have a safety net as big as (obviously!) a Bill Gates, Warren Buffet or others.
The flip side to that is these guys just didn't fall into their money. They are smart on many levels and know what to do to be successful so if one or all of them start to show interest, we as a general public, may come to terms in the belief that we should be ok. This can be both good and bad. Good because it can take a new concept such as cryptocurrency and boost it to even higher levels...Bad because I'm guessing most of us are not as investment savvy as these guys and we are liable to fall into something that we can't control or fully understand causing potential massive losses.
Bottom line...if you are going to invest, only use what you can afford to lose. Never just throw a bunch of money at something with only a hope that it will stick.
Yes, you are rightly said but one thing if we think about to take risk and at the same time if we push our self with negative thoughts that it is very risky to invest in bitcoin/crypto market then we can't take risk. So I think and you might be agreed with me who do the proper analysis and take the risk he will be the gainer. So we all are new and learner so first take the knowledge and then put our 100% effort then only can get success.
