GDEX and other Exchanges that offer buy/sell offers and margin trading should also offer the ability to confirm transactions. I think a simple check box next to the offer to toggle on or off confirmation of a transaction to make it final is needed. Hopefully avoiding flash crashes unless it really is crashing from happening again. Also they could have implemented some parameters in the auto selling and buying i.e. sell if value goes below 10% and stop selling if value goes below 20%.
Well that certainly would offer investors some extra protection against a flash crash. But currently you can set your stop loss at say 50%, so that you can avoid a total loss but still weather the volatility that is inevitable.
