It's been steadily and organically rising the last month from 1200 sats to 7500 today.
Apart from the organic rise this last month, there are some other reasons I decided to jump in:
It has a small market cap of only 460k$ (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/francs/).
It has a small supply of only 3.5 million coins (for comparison, bitcoin's total supply is 21 million coins). This coupled with the small market cap can shoot this coin to the stars, once some momentum is gained.
It has active development. I have a contact with Law(the main dev) personally and he is doing the best he can to develop and promote this project.
It has a purpose. This coin was started with the purpose of becoming the "national" cryptocurrency of France, hence it's named after the old currency of France (francs). Many stores in France already accept it as a means of payment, thanks to Law's marketing campaign and promotion packages he has sent to many French businesses.
NOTE: You don't have to be French or be in France to buy/invest in this promising project.
You can get it on yobit(https://yobit.net/en/trade/FRN/BTC) or cryptopia(https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=FRN_BTC)
