Recently on March 21, 2018 there was an ICO launched by the company Pantos GmbH (https://pantos.io) on the Bitpanda (https://www.bitpanda.com) exchange platform.
Just in 2 day's there are already 20 percent of the full ICO distribution sold.
The Austria based company is working together with the 'Technical University of Vienna' and they are developing a new on-chain technology called TAST - Token Atomic Swap Technology.
After the ICO the exchange rate will be presented by Bittrex.
However, I already invested in this and it's still time to take part as the main phase of distribution will end on April 18, 2018 or if the hardcap is reached.
