I won't mention their name but I saw one ICO seeking to raise $50m USD when their white-paper was littered with basic spelling mistakes and an aversion to justifying text.
None of us do...you have to dig deep and decide what you are comfortable gambling with...I am not putting anything more into the coins despite feeling some good "bargains" exist relatively speaking...however...I am holding on for dear life with what I have...I do believe in this concept...have no doubt it will be part of our lives in the long run...but no idea what coins remain valuable over time as their technologies become the "winners"...meanwhile...I think its still a market waiting to go mainstream once this regulation trauma is worked out...good luck with your investment choices...
Whole-heartedly agree. Big changes are a-coming, we have no idea how it's all going to pan out. Only invest what you can afford to lose. For my part, I'm spreading my investments thin across a series of what I consider to be promising ICOs on the back of my own research (you can follow my blog on Steemit if you want to see where I've been putting my money - and where I've been walking away). My assumption is that at least one of my tokens should have the ability to go to x1000 face value in the long-run. In which case, this whole venture will have been made worthwhile. There are no guarantees, however. I'm very much aware of that.
I appreciate your thoughts but beg to differ a bit...its not about current perspective or patience...its about historical perspective and patience...this market isn't an established stock market that has regular bull and bear markets which can last up to 10+ years...this is an unregulated market having many big players gunning for it any of which could destroy it with a stroke of the pen...this is the stock market or banking systems in the 1920's that tanked with millions of people losing everything....more recently...this could be like the mortgage derivative scandel that the world is still trying to recover from...
Granted...I don't deny for a minute that blockchain won't be some kind of force in the world years out from now...but I have no such confidence that all the coins we are all currently investing in will still exist or have any kind of value as we've seen over the last few years...so I don't want to blindly assume that all good corrections come to an end...
I'm in no hurry...but its obvious this new crypto world....especially a lot of the ICO's that have come out and are pushed out daily...have a lot of flaws...
Meanwhile...I'm fully invested and hope as you say..."patience' pays off...
It looks very different from standard white-papers, and a continuous work in progress, but all in all, this is what it means. The bitcoin tab is a huge excerpt of the original bitcoin white-paper. https://vialcoin.com/white-paper/
Thanks for the link and suggestion...I know these days is all about the look and presentation...but I'm old school where like the newspapers of old...it was all about the printed story...
Genius and very catchy theme.

@bobreedo Thanks for sharing. Love it. Followed
Thanks much...
a little perspective,
Additionally, the last bear movement took about a month to shake out. we are less than two weeks out from our highest high. Have a little patience
:)

This Title!😆
Glad you enjoyed...
Totally true. I not even more invest on ICO's because of this. I know that there are some really good projects, but most of then are complete scam
Thanks for input.
What's the white paper means?????????????
When someone wants to issue a new coin...they writeup a "whitepaper" that explains the coins purpose...
It looks very different from standard white-papers, and a continuous work in progress, but all in all, this is what it means. The bitcoin tab is a huge excerpt of the original bitcoin white-paper.
