Hitbtc.com worst exchange ever, CAPP situation

Why i am writing this is i want to warn steemit community about trading on this site.

I do not have any relationship with either Cappasity or hitbtc.com. I am just consumer of their coins and their exchange service.

Last 3-4 weeks i added one more exchange to my trading list: hitbtc.com
Only reason for this was Cappasity (CAPP), i just knew i could make nice money on this coin. It was new exchange for me so i only deposited 10 SBD there, sold them and bought 3000 CAPP, which at that time was like 50$.
In past month i sold and re-bought CAPP over 200 times, and my initial investment of 50$ became 900$ worth of coins.
I was pretty happy, and was going to continue even despite that hitbtc.com had some problems, like disabling depositing or transferring CAPP from main account to trading accounts. who does not want to make money right?

So cappasity devs posted on their blog that there are problems on hitbtc.com and how bad their support is.

Here is what they told:

Full article you can read on this link: https://blog.artoken.io/attention-hitbtc-incompetence-408d2573305c

Immediately after this post hitbtc.com delisted CAPP from exchange, Without any notice beforehand.
Later yesterday they made some post on their blog saying that there was some "suspicious" trading.

But this was not even over.

Afterwards it seems they hired some Russian guy to spread bad info about CAPP and their developers. this guy even admitted this in telegram.

Source Cappasity blog:

Cappasity cite has full story about this: https://blog.artoken.io/as-you-know-today-our-capp-token-was-delisted-after-our-post-about-issues-with-hitbtc-6f419f49f1b5

At this point i removed all my assets from hitbtc and sent part to Bittrex part to Binance, remaining CAPP coins were sent to Cryptopia, of course this hit to CAPP Price. It went down by 50%

How do you feel guys, is this kind of behavior professional ?

Sort:

Hitbtc wants to charge 100 capp to withdraw coins what a joke!
Who runs this site?

That's sooo unlikely, just that one guy decides to say "yeah I work for X company" doesn't mean he does. Don't fall for silly trickery like this

Cappasity had issues bigger than hitbtc, it's no surprise that the coin sees basically no use today. As for hitbtc I'm sure their support has improved in the past few years, current support response times are much better

I wouldn't trust some rando claiming to be part of anything, unless they can prove it. Just one chat with some guy somewhere doesn't prove anything. Cappasity situation is dire, a shame they want to try and pull the rug from under the exchange they listed themselves on

I doubt any platform would do something like this, what you're saying is blatant manipulation of goods. Unless CAPP and HitBTC had some sort of interest collusion which is a long shot, I think your issue lies with CAPP itself and the people who currently hold it and not the platform where you were storing it.

Ahh I remember cappasity. It was promising for a short while but they just flunked it. They focused too hard on "how to buy" guides rather than give users a reason to buy it. Of course the price was going to go down. Tough luck for those that lost money on it, I don't blame hitbtc for delisting them
