I've had a chance to get my hands on the new LoMoStar app that's currently available on Android. I got to say its pretty cool and its got me excited. The application reminds me of a Pokemon Go type game that you can collect Cryptocurrency in. The main type of Cryptocurrency that you can collect in the app is known as LoMoCoin (LMC) which is currently going for $0.076342 per coin. You can also get Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin in the app. I haven't been lucky enough to get my hands on any Bitcoin yet but I have gotten about 5 LomoCoin's, .00027855 Ethereum, and .01842 Litecoin's. Time wise I've been playing on the app for about two days on and off.
Things I like about the app
- Collecting LomoCoin's: I think LomoCoin has discovered a way around China's ban on Cryptocurrency and if it catches on the coin will increase in value.
*The ability to collect red envelopes: Everyone in the app can collect red envelopes that contain a small amount of Cryptocurrency. You also have the ability to give out red envelopes. This is a good way to get followers. I learned the more followers you get the more chat groups you can be in. Another way to collect red envelopes is through chat groups so its good to be in as many as possible.
*The social groups: The chat groups are pretty lively and entertaining. It seems like a good group of people are starting to use this app and its making collecting Cryptocurrency fun.
What I don't like about the app
*Vitality points: You get a vitality point every two hours and you use the points to open red envelopes that contain Cryptocurrency. It's part of the game but I would rather be allowed to open as many red envelopes as possible because I like hording Cryptocurrency.
*The open world: Currently the only way to find red envelopes in the open world is if someone puts one where your going to be traveling. Chances of that is slime considering the low amount of people on the app right now. The developers do plan on using the red envelopes as a form of advertisement for businesses. From my understanding it is working pretty good in China so we will see if it catches on in other parts of the world.
Overall the app is worth downloading and messing around on even if its only to collect a handfull of LomoCoins. I really do feel if this app starts to grow in popularity in China the coin is going to be worth a pretty penny. Currently, there are over 300,000 user's of the LoMoStar app in China so it looks like its becoming popular.
Anyone who enjoyed this review and wants to download the game feel free to use my referral code which is 15FUDx.
Thanks for reading and let me know what you think about the app and LoMoCoin!
Nice post! I upvoted and followed you. Can you check my last blog post about crypto: https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@cryptoizotx/staking-proof-of-stake-coins ?
Just downloaded it. Question: what are the diamonds for other than buying vitality points? Like, any other use/value?
I don't understand why someone would be vitality points with diamonds just to get fractions of cryptocurrencies. Rather than pay for vitality points, you'd do better off by just going to the exchange and buying the actual cryptocurrency.
Am I missing the point here?

Yes. Because of the airdrops for new tokens. U can get a good hand full at a time. Also say in the future advertisers could offer red envelopes that users can open to then get coupons.
