Binance will be down again after 2018/02/10 6:00 AM (UTC) in which they will take almost 30 minutes to complete this task.

Binance users are very angry on Binance team because they almost lost the best time to buy coins when they are too low. They were demanding like FREE BNB Coins etc as a compensation for their money loss that they can earn through trading. Actually, Binance was off line from 8th Feb 9:00-10:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) to 9th Feb 10:00 AM (UTC) but majority of traders were facing an issue of website offline issues so they updated their US and Korean cloud server links to visit through those using US and KR instead of WWW.

They made a decision to cut off 70% fee on trading until 24th Feb 2018 so that users will be happy and will start trading again with more energy to cover their losses (my opinion).
