Tranching:
Pre-Initial Token Offering (“ITO”) issued at 30% discount value 30,000,000 EVM then issued at 15% sliding discount to par value up to 110,000,000 EVM final tranche at par (unsold tokens are burnt)
Founder’s EVM:
The founders will make available an additional 10,000,000 EVM, 25% of which to be locked-in from sale for 5-years to align value-creation interest with investors.

What are Evareium Tokens?
Evareium Tokens (EVM) are digital assets formed via an Ethereum-based software program known as a smart contract.
The current Evareium offer is a two-tiered token issuance:
The Evareium investment token, EVM, is a tangible asset-backed token acquiring real estate to carry out business refocus and operational improvements, building remediation, energy savings and incorporate blockchain technology into the operation, monitoring and management systems of the real estate assets with the goal of creating a portfolio of Smart Buildings, with disciplined private equity principles as the foundation of the strategy. Investors accrue benefits from the economic interests of the assets/investments — investment returns generated from the acquisition of the portfolio, rental yields generated and gains on the eventual disposal. EVM’s value accretion basis is a fundamental investment-oriented one.
Along with the issuance of EVM to investors, there will be a follow-on issuance of the Evareium Utility token, EVT, as a credit to subscribers after the ITO. The benefits are generated from their intrinsic value and use as EVT and blockchain technology provides the transactional functionality of the assets, essentially the cryptocurrency of the acquired real estate portfolio leveraging value from rents and ancillary transactions through the assets. EVT’s underlying value is derived from its use-case basis.

How will Evareium store and secure ITO proceeds?
We intend to prudently manage the Evareium funds and assets, and accordingly manage deposits of currency and crypto-currency carefully to ensure capital asset protection. Assets and currency will be reserved and exchanged from/to US$, or other Fiat Currencies, Bitcoin, Ether or other respected cryptocurrency as deemed appropriate and needed by management.
Management WILL NOT speculate, nor permit high risk activity relating to such currency trading/movement on the capital subscriptions received pursuant to this ITO. High standards of hardware wallet storage (offline) will be implemented to provide additional security on held crypto-currency proceeds.
How will the proceeds raised from the ITO be allocated?
All the proceeds received will be allocated to the Evareium private equity investment fund, minus setup and small transfer fees, and other applicable fees (small arrangement fee and ongoing management fees) as documented in the White Paper/Information Memorandum. If the full 150 million EVM token issuance is achieved on the terms documented, then more than 93% of the proceeds received from EVM subscribers are expected to be allocated to the investment fund (limited partnership).
Essentially, the more funds and subscriptions we accumulate, the more cash-yielding real estate assets we can acquire with the fund – representing therefore a fundamentally asset-backed investment model.

This Evareium does not offer anything different from all the other Real estate projects and tokens out there. 99% if not 100% of them have failed. but then i'm not advising you on any decision.
