NEO update. Bullish flag or new low, both are possible!

NEO after the break of low (purple line) has made nice sharp move up, but current correction looks very deep, so I see 2 possible scenarios:

1. it's still a very sharp bullish flag and we will see a break out to upside any time soon:
   

2. it's going to make new lows in a descending channel and then breaks out to upside:
