I'm sharing your views about this coin. Fundamentals are close to PIVX (what did you expect from a fork) and has been validated economically by the community lately.
RR ratio is clearly on the project side. Current roadmap is focused on wrapping up coin swapping from old Colossus v2 and exchange listing effort on Cryptopia and Poloniex, altought the latter must be confirmed.
Next step will be developping project marketing. They already planned to deliver more information on the dev team during Q1 2018.
Buy, hold, forget and come back next Christmas for harvesting (or sooner of course).

I didn't mention, Colossus v2 (COL2) is now replaced by Colossus NXT (COLX). You can trade it on Tradesatoshi and Coinsmarkets. Coinsmarkets has half of global volume for the coin. Unfortunately, the exchange experiences a lot of technical issue. Personally, I wasn't able to log in even though I had created and validated my account.
Worth mentioning there are also some coins on Nova Exchange which will close next April '18.
