It's a huge improvement on what we have seen or known blockchain to be so far. They are providing solutions to most short comings
Yep it's defintily a great step forward, ethereum keeps talking about fixing these issues but their talking about out in 2020 and 2022, meanwhile MOAC is moving ahead at full speed much sooner
