Deutsche Bank Research; Crypto to Replace fiat currencies by 2030

According to a research conducted by Deutsche Bank, it seems how crypto is on its way of completely disrupting financial system, thus taking an advantage over cash - permanently i hope. It is reasonable to assume in such manner as the World is being more globalized each day and having an ability to transact without third parties in a fast and cheap way is a must!

In the “Imagine 2030” report, Deutsche Bank strategist Jim Reid raised awareness of the challenges the existing fiat system has encountered in recent years, specifically with the emergence of cryptocurrencies. Reid stipulated that people’s heightened demand for dematerialized means of payment and anonymity could drive more individuals to digital currencies.

Currently, mass adoption is unlikely to happen and there are multiple reasons for it.

Let's be honest, crypto projects are still in its early stage with little to offer, at least in terms of user experience and general practice. Majority is prone on thinking how bitcoin, among other alternative coins is just a financial instrument with no intrinsic value what so ever. I guess part of it was literally imposed by centralized structures who are afraid of decentralization as it will, eventually, decrease their overall power.

The legal frame doesn't help either, a lot of states around the world are struggling to suppress cryptocurrencies and its a well known fact. Honestly, regulating digital asset is way harder one expected it to be, I mean just look at SEC, they are struggling to classify it for 2 fucking years - That Howey test is literally dumb shit to compare it with digital currencies.

Regardless of my frustrations i'm still convinced that the pressure made by general public will result with an positive outcome. Just keep the ball rolling until we get there!
