Thought to self..."I know that this KeepKey will keep my private keys safe, but this Evernote looks Oh so tempting!"
Bad joke aside, the reality is that if Ian Balina would have used one of these puppies, he might have still been taking screenshots of his $2m portfolio!
This is of course assuming that all of this was not just some orchestrated tax-evasion scam, but I'm not really in the conspiracy mood this morning...Not enough Cuban coffee yet!
OK, so back to my diary (oversaturated with sarcasm today).
On the DTube video above, I take a look at another hardware wallet, the KeepKey. I'm excited about this one because it's a bit of a dark horse in the hardware wallet game, given that its popularity is far outpaced by the Trezor and Ledger Nano.
But is there any real reason for this?
I'll be opening the video up by unboxing the KeepKey and giving you my first impressions of the wallet. The cool factor is definitely there!
I will then walk you through the creation of an address and proceed with the processing of your first transaction through the device.
So what do think of this flashy, little gizmo?
Would you consider adding it it to your crypto portfolio or do you prefer another make and model?

Never heard of this what is it’s unique selling point?
I would say the main selling points for me are the much larger and nicer screen than other wallets (its LCD instead of that grayscale crap). And the setup was by far the simplest of any wallet ive used to date. Admittedly though, altcoin support is lackluster at best right now.
