I like that name. It would be apt for a decentralized governance system. At this time, I have no design in mind for such a system, but I will remember this and if we ever end up using the name then I will reward you. Unfortunately the .com and .org domains are both taken. The domain civit.as appears to be not in use.
Mosh may also work for a DAO.
